We offer mezzanine and bank loans for real estate and renewable energy projects in the German-speaking markets. Our CEE- and Swiss-based mezzanine investors are interested in the DACH-region even in times of high bank interest rates and inflation.
ECA-financing
We have been focusing on Export-Credit-Agency backed financing for projects in Europe, the Middle East and Africa since 2015. Our clients benefit from low interest rates, long tenures and flexible collateral policies offered by European and Asian ECAs.
DFI-financing
For projects in low-income countries or with a low import share, we structure solutions with Development Finance Institutions. Both debt and equity tranches are possible.
Ancillary services
Assistance in implementation of investment projects requiring raising equity, and strategic partnerships.
